The Town Hall stands boldly in New Town with its 18’ ceiling, picturesque windows, and classic urban architecture. It is certainly the focal point at the Town Center. This space allows for a variety of event options such as wedding receptions, corporate meetings, bridal or baby showers, rehearsal dinners and seminars. The options are limitless. The seating capacity ranges from 120 guests seated at round tables to 175 for theatre style seating. A cocktail reception utilizing the magnificent veranda overlooking the Fountains at the Grand Canal will comfortably host 200 guests.

The New Town Event Tent is the perfect venue for a large wedding reception. The maximum seating capacity is 350 guests using a combination of round tables and oblongs. The Event Tent is climate controlled and provides an outdoor feel with the security of an indoor event. The Event Tent is also a great location for corporate meetings or parties. This extraordinary chapel is now available to the St. Charles and St. Louis communities to host wedding ceremonies, vow renewals, christenings, and confirmations for 240 guests. Sunday services will also be available to local residents. This Chapel has been designed and fashioned after simplistic traditional chapels of the early 20th century. With its 30’ ceilings it will truly be an architectural wonder and one to admire for decades to come.
